There are no indents on the parts due to the partition pot. It achieves a mirror-finish that is superior to that achieved through cloth polishing, all this through a speedy polish with an emphasis on safety.

[DCB1200 Type]
Parts are attached with a jig and there are no indents. A mirror finish is possible even for complex shapes large to small.

[CFB Type]
Comes in both small and medium-sized machines and rotates at high speeds, with the polishing tank able to be removed to improve polishing efficiency. We change our method depending on the amount, whether the item is small, and the density of the parts.

[CK type]
A fluidized bed is created by the rotation of the barrel, with the item being polished by the complementary movement of the media and the parts.

[CV type]
Vibrations are passed through the polishing tank from a vibrating motor, with the item being polished by the complementary movement of the media and the parts.

[CR type]
A rotating bed at the bottom of the polishing tank creates a fluidized bed that is abrasive through the complementary movement of the media and the parts.
