1 Dedicated processing factory
Processing is performed in a factory dedicated to outsourced contract processing. All equipment used is disassembled for each project and thoroughly washed and cleaned with water.
2 Detailed service system
We support production process diagrams, management, and work instructions for each product type. We have established a smooth acceptance system for processing audits.
We will respond with a prompt and accurate service.
3 Both small to large amounts of processing possible
Able to accept orders from several hundred grams to tens of tons. Lab tests are also available. Please use it as you would your own company's factory without the need for capital investment.
４ Enhancement of inspection system
We have a complete inspection system for particle size, mixing ratio, water content, composition, etc. for water-soluble powder.
５ Equipment is subject to abrasion resistance
We protect all our equipment with wear-resistance and specialize in inorganic materials.

Introduction of the Processing Factory
UJIDEN Chemicals Kagami Factory
In 2018, we established the new Kagami Factory in Konan City, Kochi Prefecture.
It came into full operation in mid April of the same year.
This factory also comes with another purpose of strengthening our BCP (Business Continuity Plan) response in anticipation of the Nankai Trough earthquake, and in 10 years we plan to transfer the production line currently in Kochi city in three stages to reduce management risk.
